FedBucks is a GP Federation offering Urgent Care and Primary Care services to their 43 member practices across Buckinghamshire. FedBucks commissioned Hanley Consulting to provide project management, process redesign and training support to transform their resource heavy paper Gynae service into a fully digital process. This utilises EMIS clinical services, eRS and AccuRx. The result is a cost-saving seamless electronic referral to the treatment process.
