with The Confederation Hillingdon

Developing EMIS hubs across 43 GP Practices and 7 PCNs to support ARRS in Hillingdon, NWL.
Project Description:

Through 2020, Hanley Consulting supported The Hillingdon Confederation to develop their EMIS hub to offer Health & Care services at scale, across 43 GP Practices and 7 PCN’s. This included the development of the PCN services; Social Prescribing service, Clinical Pharmacist, Dietetics and First Contact Physio. In 2021, we supported the delivery of the Confederations Urgent Care Minor Injuries service. The output of this piece of work was to ensure The Confederation has the EMIS knowledge and skills to create services on the EMIS system, particularly at PCN level for the Additional Roles Reimbursement Scheme (ARRS).

Project Outcome:

Enabled hub working for the launch of PCN services offered by the Hillingdon Confederation across it’s 7 PCNs and ensured knowledge transfer to up-skill Confed staff to create services in EMIS.
