Hanley Consulting supported the COVID-19 pandemic response by working with multiple stakeholders across Hillingdon. The project utilised Medopad’s remote care monitoring app and EMIS Clinical Services which required technical design, implementation and support delivered by Hanley Consulting.

In December 2020, Hanley Consulting was responsible for procuring, configuring and managing the COVID-19 vaccination booking software, Accubook, on behalf of The Hillingdon Confederation.

The programme demanded extensive training and administrative support to operate within Government guidelines. This was achieved through the creative use of video training tutorials and effective comms via newsletters, webinars and Clarity TeamNet.
