Hanley Consulting continues to work with Sensely (AskFirst) to increase utilisation by practices and patients across Buckinghamshire. This project consists of improving patient facing communications via practice websites, social media, video tutorials and workshops. It is through this improvement in communications with clinicians and patients that we aim to increase awareness of the wider NHS Digital First Primary Care programme and the use of AskFirst.
We also create web banners and social media graphics to support our client with all comms and marketing strategies.
Hanley Consulting also supported AskFirst’s rebrand in the summer of 2021. The rebrand involved an audit of all online marketing material and the updating and creation of new media to be shared on both practice and patient facing platforms (TeamNet, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube and Vimeo).
