New collaboration partnership announcement
We are pleased to announce a new partnership with Blinx Solutions.
This agreement will see Hanley Consulting provide network outreach and transformation support to Blinx in the Primary care settings across England to enable practices, PCNs, Federations, ICBs and Commissioning groups to leverage the wide benefits of the new Blinx Healthcare Platform “PACO (Patient and Care Optimiser)”.
Who are Blinx?
Blinx Solutions are digital business optimisation specialists with a focus on data integration and broad experience in building unique applications that support businesses with simplifying complex business challenges. The previous experiences in Global Supply Chain management, Transport utilisation and clinical trials have led to the past 2 years of the team developing a solution in collaboration with GP Practices in Liverpool, to help the Primary Care setting in gaining more time to care for patients by eliminating excessive time-wasting activities that required data being exported, uploaded or manipulated between multiple platforms.

We are thrilled to launch into 2023 working in partnership with Blinx to deliver PACO into Primary Care organisations. The team at Blinx have a proven track record of optimising data integration to leverage BI in the pursuit of improved proactive care and health management. The shared vision to improve access to care and reduce health inequalities at scale, aligns with our mission and core business focus at Hanley Consulting. What is PACO?
Blinx PACO product is an integrated patient analytics, outreach and consulting platform that provides Primary Care with a single point solutions to identify patient cohorts for Long Term Conditions, Health inequalities (Core 20 +5), and other health management opportunities, communicate directly in digital formats with patients in a single click to invite them to the patient self-booking platform for appointments set by the practices, alongside a virtual consultation module that allows direct interaction with the patients with multi-Disciplinary teams across the ecosystem, all of these transactions are automatically coded back to the clinical system automatically.
